The son of two doctors, Andrew was raised in a family with a tradition of service—an influence that shaped his decision to advocate for individuals harmed by the negligence of others.
He graduated magna cum laude from Syracuse University with triple majors in Political Science, Public Relations, and Marketing Management. While at Syracuse, he served as President of the New York Beta Chapter of Phi Kappa Psi and was an executive board member of Habitat for Humanity, where he led multiple Gulf Coast reconstruction trips following major hurricanes.
He earned his J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law, where he competed nationally on the school’s moot court and mock trial teams and was elected to and served on the Law School Student Executive Board Committee.
Andrew began his legal career clerking for the Honorable Judge Lee Smalley Edmon, former Presiding Judge of the Los Angeles County Superior Court, where he worked on complex civil and class action matters including the Toyota Brake Pedal Class Action Lawsuits. He later practiced personal injury law at Van Law Firm in Las Vegas before joining Gold Medal Injury Law.
Today, Andrew draws on his expertise and experience to guide clients through difficult moments with clarity, diligence, and unwavering advocacy.

Vacharaesorn is a proud native of Bangkok, Thailand. He is the second son of His Majesty King Vajiralongkorn (Rama X) of Thailand.

Vacharaesorn is a corporate and commercial attorney based in New York City. Throughout his career, Vacharaesorn has focused his area of practice on risk avoidance, corporate structuring and commercial litigation. He provides comprehensive guidance to multinational corporations seeking to do business in the United States, including the establishment of subsidiaries, establishing commercial partnerships and joint ventures, and developing litigation risk avoidance strategies.

Vacharaesorn served as North American Coordinating Counsel for Azimut-Benetti S.p.A., the Italian luxury yacht builder, from 2010 through 2020. He oversaw all commercial, dealership and executive employment contracts, handled compliance, liaised with governmental agencies, and headed up the litigation team. His civil litigation success includes a victory for the yacht manufacturer in a matter involving fraud allegations with alleged damages valued at more than $90 million.

Vacharaesorn received an LL.M. degree in International and Comparative Law at the George Washington University School of Law. He also received a Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University. He is licensed to practice law in Florida state courts, New York state courts, USDC Central District of Illinois, USDC Southern District of Florida, USDC Southern District of New York, and USDC District of Colorado.

He has received the "Super Lawyer" designation by relevant legal publications every year from 2014 through 2020.

Beyond the practice of law, Vacharaesorn devotes his time to the Thai communities abroad—devoting his time, strength and resources to assist the Thai diaspora, and making sure those in need are heard. He liaises with governmental agencies, individual ministers, high level contacts and various NGOs to achieve desired goals. He also serves as a chairman of a charitable organization that provides college scholarships to deserving Thai students studying abroad.
